Lotto's Cottage is a cosy, welcoming and newly refurbished space. There are 2 comfy double bedrooms and an excellent new shower room. A sitting room, kitchen/diner with new appliances, and a French door leading to a terrace, overlooking a long garden. The cottage has a new wood burning stove, TV and wifi. It is a good base to explore the surrounding area or have a quiet few days walking and exploring Stamford and its Medieval character. Both pubs in the village are good with excellent food.

Things To Note

Easton on the Hill is a pretty small village only 2 miles from the beautiful Georgian stone town of Stamford. The village is surrounded by excellent walks, has a lovely ancient Church and two pubs, the Bluebell and the Exeter Arms. Both have lovely bar areas and serve excellent food. There are good walks, not least into Stamford through the Welland Valley. Collyweston Quarries Nature Reserve, known locally as 'The Deeps' is a designated SSI, with its entrance about 250 yards from the Cottage. For nature lovers, these are wildflower rich ancient limestone grasslands and offer beautiful walking.
